FeldCare Connects seeks an enthusiastic, self-motivated Physical Therapist to provide quality home healthcare to patients of all ages in Fort Bragg and surrounding areas. This Independent Contractor role offers control over your schedule and coverage areas, with strong per-visit rates and supportive administrative services.

You will observe and report patient progress, determine the plan of care, and document visits using an intuitive EMR system.

Qualificações

• Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing with the state board.
• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Willingness to serve patients of all ages.
• Reliable transportation and access to a smartphone.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality home healthcare to patients of all ages in Fort Bragg and surrounding areas.
• Observe, document, and report patient response to treatment and changes in condition; adjust plan of care accordingly.
• Coordinate care with patients and families, and manage scheduling and documentation as an independent contractor.

FeldCare Connects, an app-based referral network, is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Physical Therapist to deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages.

This position is for an Independent Contractor to serve Fort Braggand the surrounding areas.

Qualifications:

• Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages
• Current Physical Therapist license issued by the state Board of Physical Therapy
  • The required license MUST be current, active, and unrestricted; a conditional, provisional, or restricted license will NOT be accepted. Limited permits will not be accepted.
• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Reliable personal transportation
