FeldCare Connects is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Physical Therapist to deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages in Ramona and surrounding areas. This Independent Contractor role offers flexible scheduling and the autonomy to choose patients and coverage areas.

You will handle one-on-one treatment and manage documentation via our app Cliniconnects.

Qualifikationen

• Current Physical Therapist license issued by the CA Board; license must be active and unrestricted.
• Completed an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Willingness to use a smartphone for documentation and communication.

FeldCare Connects, an app-based referral network, is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Physical Therapist to deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages.

This position is for an Independent Contractor to serve Ramonaand the surrounding areas.

Qualifications:

• Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages
• Current Physical Therapist license issued by the state Board of Physical Therapy
  • The required license MUST be current, active, and unrestricted; a conditional, provisional, or restricted license will NOT be accepted. Limited permits will not be accepted.
• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program
