Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a licensed home care Physical Therapist to serve adult and geriatric patients in and around Exton, PA. You will provide in-home physical therapy with a flexible schedule and a stable caseload, supported by a team that prioritizes patient-centered care.

The role offers autonomy, mentorship, and tools to reduce windshield time. Candidates must be licensed PTs with BLS CPR and reliable transportation to visit patients at home.

Qualifications

• Basic comfort with technology (email, texting, EMR systems).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy to adults and geriatric patients.

• Maintain accurate home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards.

Compensation and Benefits*

• Mileage reimbursement – plus tools to reduce windshield time

• The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $60 - $80 per visit

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
