The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of PT experience, SNF/LTC background, and current NH licensure or eligibility, with dedicated commitment to patient care and quality outcomes across assignments

This is a contract position 5x8 Days schedule. This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Minimum Requirements

• 1 year of recent experience as a(n) Physical Therapist (PT)
• SNF / LTC experience required.
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of practice.
