Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) that is licensed or in the immediate process, and qualifies, of obtaining Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in the state of CA to work in the SNF / LTC setting. This is a contract position with a 5x8 days schedule in Monterey, CA.

Minimum requirements include 1 year of recent PT experience, SNF/LTC experience, and an active PT license in the practice state.
