Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) licensed or eligible for licensure in Texas to work in the Long Term Care (LTC) specialty. This contract position features a 5x8 days schedule and requires accountability for aligning with the organization’s vision and critical goals.

Minimum requirements include 1 year of recent PT experience, specifically in LTC, and a current TX PT license (or active licensure process).
