Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions Inc is seeking an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our home health team in Florida. This direct hire/perm position offers a day schedule and the opportunity to impact patient care in a growing organization.

Responsibilities include developing plans of care, delivering skilled PT services, assessing and adjusting care, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient goals.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist or in the process of licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
