Job summary

Centra Healthcare is seeking an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist to join our team for a contract assignment in Globe, Arizona. This role involves developing and delivering physical therapy interventions under physician orders and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate will have graduated from an accredited PT program, hold current state licensure or be actively pursuing it, and maintain CPR certification. This is a contract position with a days schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited program.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or actively pursuing licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions per physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate and modify care to meet PT goals.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
