The Physical Therapist is responsible for assessment of referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, providing direct patient care to assess medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation. The PT will establish and administer a treatment program, set realistic goals, document, and educate patients and families. This is a direct hire/permanent opportunity.
