Job summary

LP Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide skilled therapy in a Long-Term Care setting, focused on restoring mobility, strength, and function.

The PT will review referrals, evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, administer exercises, educate families, document for Medicare, collaborate with care teams, and supervise PTAs as needed to meet quality and productivity standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required.
  • Current state PT license required.
  • Long-Term Care experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Medicare guidelines required.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills required.
