Job summary

Las Colinas Post Acute in Ontario, CA is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team. This role offers flexibility with Part-Time or Per Diem schedules and opportunities for growth in a resident-centered environment.

You will design individualized therapy plans to help residents regain strength, mobility, and independence, collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team and using modern equipment to enhance quality of life daily.

Qualifications

• Licensed CA PT with active license.
• CPR certification current.
• Skilled nursing facility experience preferred.

Las Colinas Post Acute - Ontario, CA
Schedule: Part-Time or Per Diem
Pay Range: $58-$60 per hour (based on PRN or Full-Time status)

Requirements

• Valid California Physical Therapist license
