A local clinic in Ohio seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist focused on individualized patient care and specialized rehabilitation. Join a supportive team that values clinical autonomy and offers opportunities for mentorship and business participation in a non-traditional practice environment.
FYZICAL in Mentor, OH is a locally owned and operated clinic dedicated to providing exceptional one-on-one care grounded in evidence-based practice. We’re not a high-volume mill, and we don’t expect therapists to treat multiple patients at once. Instead, we believe in thoughtful clinical reasoning, individualized care, and building meaningful relationships with our patients.
We’re currently seeking a Physical Therapist who values autonomy, clinical excellence, and being part of a collaborative, growing practice.
We are especially interested in candidates with a strong interest in vestibular and balance rehabilitation or a desire to develop and grow a pelvic health caseload. You'll have the opportunity to specialize, shape your area of focus, and build a service line that matters to you and your patients.
A supportive, close-knit team that values your input and respects your time
One-on-one care model with adequate treatment time for each patient
Diverse caseload including vestibular, balance, neurological, and orthopedic patients
Flexibility in scheduling with full-time availability
Mentorship and continuing education support, especially in advanced specialty areas
Clinical autonomy within a team-focused environment
While we are not currently able to provide traditional health insurance benefits, we do offer:
100% paid Direct Primary Care membership ('concierge-style' care through a local DPC provider)
Profit-sharing or performance-based incentives
Opportunities for cooperative ownership or equity participation as the clinic grows
Licensed Physical Therapist in Ohio (or eligible for licensure)
Interest or experience in vestibular, balance, or pelvic floor therapy
A self-starter who thrives in an independent, patient-focused setting
Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
A desire to be part of a clinic that values quality over quantity
If you're looking to step away from the factory-model approach to PT and into a practice where your clinical voice is heard and valued, let’s talk. Don't feel like filling out the application? Send an email to aaron.cook@fyzical.com with your resume or a short note introducing yourself and why you’re interested in the position. We look forward to hearing from you.
