Job summary

ProHealth Rehabilitation Hospital of Wisconsin is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team on a 32-hour workweek (Thursday-Sunday). You will assess patients, develop and implement treatment plans, restore mobility, and educate on home exercise programs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current PT license.

• Documents treatment sessions and patient outcomes accurately.
• Collaborates with rehab teams and participates in discharge planning.
