Job description

About the Position:

Come work on a team of 5 Physical Therapist, 5 Physical Therapy Assistants, 5 Occupational Therapist, and 2 Speech Language Pathologist. Patients have an average length of stay of around 22 days with a 90% return to home rate. We are seeking a therapist who truly cares about delivering the best patient care and they are looking for a rewarding career, not just their next job.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's, Masters or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists
  • Inpatient Rehab experienced preferred
  • Must be detail oriented but also able to see the big picture
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels
  • Serve as a liaison with internal and external customers
  • Collaborative, team building personality style
  • Servant leader mindset
