• Position: Physical Therapist for an In-house Skilled Nursing Facility
• Type: Full Time, Part Time, or PRN

Job Purpose

Assist in planning, organizing, developing, and directing Physical Therapy services to ensure high-quality resident care, compliant with applicable standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services according to practice standards and company procedures.
• Maintain proper documentation and billing for services.
• Evaluate residents and develop treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Conduct screenings and specialized evaluations as needed.
• Communicate findings and treatment plans effectively to residents, families, and team members.

Qualifications
