HSHS St. Mary's Hospital is seeking a Physical Therapist II to join their rehab team. Ideal experienced candidates will evaluate all assigned patients and develop, implement, and execute treatment plans as outlined by the plan of care. Responsibilities include delegation and direction of all discipline-specific therapy services, serving as an educator for patients, families, students, co-workers, and self-professional advancement, and performing other professional duties associated with patient care and the development of therapy program services.


Position Specifics:

Education Qualifications:

  • Graduate (e.g., bachelors, master, or doctorate) from an accredited program which meets the licensure requirements in the state of practice (Required).

Experience Qualifications:

  • Years of Experience (2+)

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations:

  • Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
  • Certified BLS or completion in the first 90 days of employment required.
  • Board Certification (e.g., CHT, OCS, etc.) which meets rigorous standards of maintenance or certification (Preferred).

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Pay Range: $37.71 - $56.57

A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications, and education.
