Company: Providence at Home with Compassus Territory Coverage (candidate must be local and willing to travel to below cities): All cities within Riverside County

Schedule: Full Time, 40-hour work week. Days: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts

Position Summary: As a Physical Therapist, utilize AI-supported documentation to provide focused, patient-centered therapy while easing your administrative workload. This technology allows you to document therapy sessions in real-time and review outcomes more efficiently. Patient-Centered Care: Spend more time providing hands-on, compassionate care to patients. Reduced Documentation Burden: Use AI-supported tools to streamline clinical notes and regain personal time. Work-Life Balance: Cut down on after-hours documentation, allowing more time for family and personal priorities. Education and/or Experience

Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy required. Two (2) years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting highly preferred.

Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations

Active and unencumbered Physical Therapist license in state(s) of employment required.

Required within 30 days of hire - National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Pay

Pay Range: $52.95 - $65.40. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
