Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Virginia to evaluate and treat patients in the home setting. You will apply physical modalities to improve mobility, self-care, and daily living activities, using our Specialty Programs to guide treatments.

The role requires a current Virginia PT license, a valid driver's license, and a preference for at least one year of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Current PT license in the state of employment.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred.
• Demonstrate knowledge and skill in current therapy practice.
• Possess a valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Examine and treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities.
• Help patients improve mobility, independence in self-care and daily living activities.
• Utilize Specialty Programs (Balance/Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Total Hip/Knee/Shoulder programs) to treat patients.

Responsibilities

Our Physical Therapists (PTs) examine and treat patients with physical impairments through the use of physical modalities. The goal is to assist persons who are physically challenged to improve mobility and function, independent self‑care, and other skills necessary for functioning in daily living. PTs use our Specialty Programs, including Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Total Hip and Knee Replacement Program, and Total Shoulder Replacement Program to treat patients.

Qualifications

• Be currently licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of employment
