Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Texas is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in the home setting, using physical modalities to improve mobility and daily living skills.

You will work within specialty programs such as Balance and Fall Prevention and Total Joint Replacement to support patient independence, under a collaborative team with a commitment to ongoing professional growth.

Formación

• Active Physical Therapist license in Texas.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical PT experience preferred.
• Knowledge of current therapy practices and modalities.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments using modalities.
• Help patients improve mobility, independence in self-care and daily living skills.
• Utilize specialty programs (Balance & Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Joint Replacement) to support rehab goals.

Responsibilities

Our Physical Therapists (PTs) examine and treat patients with physical impairments through the use of physical modalities. The goal is to assist persons who are physically challenged to improve mobility and function, independent self‑care, and other skills necessary for functioning in daily living. PTs use our Specialty Programs, including Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Total Hip and Knee Replacement Program, and Total Shoulder Replacement Program to treat patients.

Qualifications

• Be currently licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of employment
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred
• Demonstrate knowledge and skill in current therapy practice
• Possess a valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance
