Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Daytona Beach, Florida, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our field-based care team. You will evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments in their homes, with a focus on improving mobility, independence in self-care, and safe daily living.

You will work with our specialty programs, such as Balance and Fall Prevention and Total Joint programs, collaborate with clinical staff, and contribute to ongoing patient progress.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of employment
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred
• Demonstrate knowledge and skill in current therapy practice
• Possess a valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance

Responsibilities

• Examine and treat patients with physical impairments to improve mobility and self-care
• Use specialty programs to treat patients (Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, joint replacement programs) and support daily living goals

Responsibilities

Our Physical Therapists (PTs) examine and treat patients with physical impairments through the use of physical modalities. The goal is to assist persons who are physically challenged to improve mobility and function, independent self-care, other skills necessary for functioning in daily living. Our Physical Therapists (PTs) use our Specialty Programs, including Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Total Hip and Knee Replacement Program, and our Total Shoulder Replacement Program to treat our patients.

Qualifications

• Be currently licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of employment


• A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred
