Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Pell City, AL is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in the home setting. You will use physical modalities and our specialty programs to improve mobility, independence in self-care, and daily living activities.

Candidates should hold an active PT license in Alabama, have at least one year of clinical experience, and possess a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

Our Physical Therapists (PTs) examine and treat patients with physical impairments through the use of physical modalities. The goal is to assist persons who are physically challenged to improve mobility and function, independent self-care, other skills necessary for functioning in daily living. Our Physical Therapists (PTs) use our Specialty Programs, including Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Total Hip and Knee Replacement Program, and our Total Shoulder Replacement Program to treat our patients.

Qualifications

1. Be currently licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of employment
2. A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred
3. Demonstrate knowledge and skill in current therapy practice
4. Possess a valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance
