Physical Therapist (PT) - Home Health ($5,000 Sign-on Bonus)

This full-time position is based in Sacramento, CA, covering areas from Sacramento to Rocklin.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.

Compensation: $70.00 to $77.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

1. Provide physical therapy services according to a physician’s plan of care.
2. Assess and evaluate therapeutic, rehabilitative, and functional status; participate in developing the total plan of care.
3. Evaluate the home environment.
4. Direct physical therapy treatments.
5. Instruct patients and caregivers on the use and care of therapeutic appliances.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as a physical therapist within the state.
• Doctorate or Master's degree in physical therapy.
• Minimum of one year of experience as a physical therapist.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle in good working condition.

This position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
