Position Details:

• Location: Salem, McMinnville, Corvallis (Travel required)
• Pay: Starting at $104,000/year, negotiable, paid per visit
• Sign-on Incentive: $5,000

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services according to physician’s care plan
• Treat patients to relieve pain, restore function, and maintain performance
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait, transfer activities, and prosthetic training
• Maintain clinical records and participate in team meetings and educational programs

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice as a physical therapist in the state
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in physical therapy
• Minimum of one year of experience as a physical therapist
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
