Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and treatments based on physician orders, including adaptive equipment recommendations
• Develop measurable goals and treatment plans to maximize patient independence
• Communicate effectively with the treatment team, physicians, patients, and families
• Document services thoroughly and timely for billing purposes
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides in patient care activities, in accordance with state laws

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of operation
• Current BLS or CPR certification
• At least one year of PT experience preferred
