UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide skilled services in patients' homes, promoting mobility, restoring function, and improving safety and independence. You will collaborate with patients, caregivers, and an interdisciplinary team to support recovery and prevent hospitalizations.

Qualificações

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the assigned state.
• Graduated from CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• 1+ year of physical therapy experience in home health care.
• If less than one year of experience, regional clinical leadership approval and mentoring may be required.
• Current CPR certification.

• Conduct reexaminations (every 30 days minimum), modify interventions as needed, and perform discharge planning.

As the Physical Therapist (PT) you will be responsible for providing skilled physical therapy services to patients in their homes to promote mobility, restore function, improve strength and balance, and enhance overall safety and independence. The Physical Therapist works collaboratively with patients, caregivers, and an interdisciplinary care team to support recovery, prevent hospitalizations, and improve quality of life within the home setting.

Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible for helping patients maintain, restore and improve movement, activity and function.
• Provides interventions, conducts reexaminations (every 30 days, at minimum), modifies interventions as necessary, and performs discharge planning.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Current license to practice physical therapy specific to the state you're assigned to work in.
• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy educational program as set by the Commission on Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
• 1+ related physical therapy experience for PTs entering home health care to ensure that knowledge and skills are sufficient to safely provide physical therapy services to patients.
• If less than one year of experience, approval from regional clinical leaders is required as well as appropriate mentoring and/or participating in a residency program.
• Current CPR certification.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.

The salary for this role will range from $80,864 to $121,296 annually based on full-time employment.
