Redcrest Home Health LLC in Indiana is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver skilled home-based therapy under physician orders. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to help patients regain function and independence, guiding families throughout recovery.
This role offers a competitive base hourly rate, a generous on-call schedule, mileage reimbursement, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. You will supervise PTAs and collaborate with nurses to ensure compliant, patient-centered care.

In this role, you will provide home-based therapy services as directed by the attending physician, working closely with patients and their families throughout the recovery process. Home care offers valuable context and real-world insight into what will best support patients in restoring their health and independence.
