ConnectedHealth in Grand Forks, ND is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (DPT) for a full-time role to evaluate, treat, and educate patients, driving functional recovery. You will design individualized treatment plans, provide manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, document progress, and collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
ND license, BLS/CPR, and ongoing professional development are required.
Physical Therapist (PT) - Full-time, up to $54/hr. Join a collaborative healthcare team in Grand Forks, ND to evaluate, treat, and educate patients, driving functional recovery and quality outcomes.
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans through comprehensive assessments.
Provide skilled physical therapy services tailored to patient needs, diagnoses, functional limitations, and established goals.
Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, functional training, and other appropriate techniques.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility strategies, injury prevention, home exercise programs, and long-term wellness.
Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation per organizational and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, support staff, and other team members to promote coordinated patient care.
Communicate effectively with patients and caregivers about treatment plans, progress, and expected outcomes.
Promote patient safety by following applicable clinical, ethical, and professional standards.
Participate in a positive, patient-centered work environment focused on quality outcomes and exceptional service.
Maintain professional knowledge and clinical skills through continuing education and ongoing professional development.
Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the State of North Dakota.
Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain certification as required by the employer.
Ability to maintain an active, unrestricted professional license throughout employment.
Relevant clinical education and hands-on experience through an accredited physical therapy program.
Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program preferred.
Additional certifications or specialty training relevant to the position are a plus.
