• Sign On Bonus: $5,000
• Relocation: Up to $3,000 in expenses

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• CPR Certification (preferred)
• Active or eligible for a Physical Therapy License in the state of Connecticut
• Ability to commute or Relocate (Before Start) to Willimantic, Connecticut
