Are you a Physical Therapist (PT) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at The Community at Rockhill and Peter Becker is seeking its next employee-owner team member.
This is a 40 hour a week role and Symbria is offering a 5K Sign On Bonus.
Please note that this role will split between The Community at Rockhill, Sellersville and Peter Becker, Harleysville, with 2.5 days for each location and only traveling 1 day per week (travel time is paid). You will be supporting our SNF, on-campus outpatient (PC/IL), and on-campus home health.
As a Full Time Physical Therapist (PT), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans, along with supervising the Physical Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
