Bayside Health & Rehabilitation Center in Virginia Beach, Virginia is seeking a caring, warm-hearted Physical Therapist ( PT ) who is currently licensed in Virginia or is a graduate from an approved Physical Therapist program. Physical Therapist(PT) Job Duties :

• Evaluates residents, develops effective treatment plans, and obtains approval for service from the referring physician.
• Treats residents according to the physician's treatment plan.
• Records evaluation, treatment, and charges.
• Supervises Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides.
• Screens residents for potential benefit from PT intervention.

Physical Therapist Requirements :

• Virginia Physical Therapy License
