Physical Therapist (PT/RPT)

A full‑time position is available in our sub‑acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Marlborough, CT.

Requirements

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub‑acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team‑working environment
• Possess a current Physical Therapy license or be license‑eligible to practice in the state of employment
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting
• Be flexible with hours

Rehab Director / Speech Language Pathologist (ST/SLP)

A full‑time position is now available in our sub‑acute/skilled nursing rehab department.

Qualifications

• Ensure efficient and effective operations
• Plan and implement rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes
• Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods and data
• Provide administrative rehabilitation supervision
• Serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor
• Provide speech therapy services as needed
• Be a licensed speech therapist or license‑eligible in the state where employed
• Have experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting
• The ideal candidate will have experience managing a SNF rehabilitation department
