Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) – Full Time

Location: Rutland, VT. Signing bonus of $10,000 paid quarterly over two years.

We are a highly rated skilled nursing and sub‑acute rehabilitation facility recognized by the State of Vermont and U.S. News – World Report. Our therapy team is dedicated to providing ethical, patient‑centered care.

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Collaborate with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
• Hold a current Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) license or be license eligible in Vermont.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and experience with electronic documentation.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation with strong attention to detail.

Good Faith Rate Range: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour.

Rehab Director / Speech Language Pathologist (ST/SLP) – Full Time

Position available in our sub‑acute/skilled nursing Rehabilitation Department.

• Ensure efficient and effective operations of the rehabilitation department.
• Plan and implement rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient admissions, scheduling, MDS assessment periods, and related data.
• Provide administrative rehabilitation supervision.
• Serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor.
• Provide speech therapy services as needed.
• Be a licensed speech therapist or license eligible in the state where employed.
• Have experience as a treating therapist in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
• Ideally, have experience managing a SNF rehabilitation department.
