Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) in Farmington, ME for our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department. The role offers travel between two facilities with paid time traveling, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license or eligible to practice in the state employed.
• Proficient computer skills including Outlook, Word and Excel; documentation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive therapy services in sub-acute/skilled nursing settings.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a team environment.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation and comply with state licensure.
• Support residents to reach their highest level of independence.
