Preftherapy in Albany, NY is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist to join a dynamic sub-acute rehab team. You’ll provide comprehensive PT services in a skilled nursing facility, collaborating with OT and Speech colleagues and nursing staff to promote resident independence.

You must hold a PT license (or be eligible) and be adept with electronic documentation. A team atmosphere, flexible schedules, and a supportive rehab director help drive patient outcomes.

Qualifications
