Jackson Therapy Partners seeks a patient-centered Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care across diverse clinical settings. In this role, you’ll perform comprehensive evaluations, design evidence-based treatment plans, deliver therapeutic interventions, and document progress using EMR systems.

Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams while educating patients and families on home programs and long-term wellness. Hiring for all positions full-time and PRN available.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy.
• Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by taking the time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery.
