PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Surprise seeks a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our inpatient team. The PT will manage patient care, deliver and supervise therapy in an age-appropriate setting, aligned with state practice acts and hospital policies.

Ideal candidates have inpatient hospital experience or a strong willingness to learn, and hold a current BLS certification. This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold a PT license in the state where the hospital resides (AZ).
• Current BLS certification required.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.

The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for patient/patient management, delivery, direction and supervision of care provided in an age-appropriate manner, consistent with the principles and practices of the Physical Therapy Practice Act of the state where the hospital or clinic resides, the professional code of ethics, and the policies, procedures and guidelines of PAM Health. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

• Education and Training: PT license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides. Current BLS certification required.
• Experience: One year of clinical experience preferred.
