Job summary

Shady Acres Health & Rehabilitation seeks a Physical Therapist to join its in-house therapy team in a long-term care/post-acute setting. The role offers full-time, part-time, or PRN hours and emphasizes an innovative, positive, and team-oriented approach.

Qualified candidates hold a Texas PT license and have experience in LTC/post-acute rehab. The team is part of Gemini Healthcare with supportive leadership and opportunities to implement patient-centered therapy programs.

Qualifications

• Must hold Texas License to practice physical therapy.
• Full-time, part-time or PRN opportunities available.
• Experience in long-term care and post-acute rehab is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-house physical therapy services to residents and collaborate with therapy team.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and communication with care staff.

Shady Acres Health & Rehabilitation is currently seeking a full time, part time or prn Physical Therapist to join its in-house therapy team. We seek a therapist who is innovative, positive, and team oriented. Part of Gemini Healthcare, Shady Acres is a long-term care and post-acute rehab facility located in Newton, Texas. We have an in-house team of therapists to work with, an amazing rehab director and opportunity to see a wide range of conditions. We offer opportunity for you to create and implement speech therapy programs that will best fit the needs of your patients.
