Job summary

AVIR AT GRAHAM, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facility in Graham, TX, seeks a full-time Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy program. You will work with a diverse patient population, including orthopedic, neurological, and cognitive conditions, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.

We seek a PT who is passionate about delivering the best possible care for our patients and residents.
