Vital Therapy’s AVIR OF GRANBURY in Granbury, Texas is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our stable, in-house therapy team. You will work with patients and residents, delivering care and developing programs in cognition, memory care, swallowing, aphasia, dysarthria, voice and maintenance.
