Job summary

Vital Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join AVIR AT PAMPA's in-house therapy team. The role focuses on orthopedic and neurological rehab with opportunities to create programming in cognition, mobility, balance, and wound care.

The position offers growth within a growing network of over 50 skilled nursing facilities across Texas and Tulsa, OK, and supports ongoing training and career development.

Qualifications

• Active Texas PT license is required.
• Experience delivering in-house therapy in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting is preferred.
• Ability to design and implement rehabilitation programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to in-house patients and residents.
• Develop programming in cognition, functional mobility, balance, and wound care.
• Collaborate with therapy team and participate in ongoing training and development.

AVIR AT PAMPA, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is currently seeking a full time Physical Therapist to join our dedicated in-house therapy team!
