Job summary

AVIR at Springbranch is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy team at a dedicated skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center in Houston, TX. You will help patients with orthopedic and neurological needs by creating and implementing programs for balance, gait, mobility and functional maintenance.

Qualifications

• Active TX PT license required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing/post-acute setting preferred.
• Strong teamwork and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement PT programs for balance, gait, mobility and functional maintenance.
• Address orthopedic and neurological conditions with individualized plans.
• Collaborate with in-house therapy team to improve patient outcomes.
