AVIR at La Grange, part of Vital Therapy, is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy team.

You’ll work with residents in a skilled nursing and post-acute setting, focusing on orthopedic and neurological rehab, balance, gait and mobility programs. We offer ongoing training and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas
• Experience with orthopedic and neurological rehab

AVIR at La Grange, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist to join our dedicated in-house therapy team. We seek a PT who is passionate about delivering the best care to our patients and residents and who wants to be part of a fun, high energy inter-disciplinary therapy team. We see a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offer you opportunities to develop programs in balance, gait, mobility, skilled maintenance and many more. In addition, we provide on-going training and career development opportunities.

Vital Therapy is a small but growing network of over 80 skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities with in-house therapy teams.
