Vital Therapy's AVIR AT Webster, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our stable, in-house therapy team. You will develop programs in strength, falls prevention, wound care, and skilled maintenance, with ongoing training and career development opportunities.

Vital Therapy is a growing network of over 50 facilities, all with in-house therapy teams and strong leadership.

Stable In-house Therapy Team! AVIR AT Webster, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is seeking a full time Physical Therapist to join our stable, in-house therapy team. We seek a PT who is passionate about delivering the best care possible to our patients and residents and offer opportunities for you to develop programs in strength, falls prevention, wound care, and skilled maintenance.
