Job summary

Vital Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join AVIR at Cuero’s in-house therapy team. You will work within an interdisciplinary setting to deliver high-quality PT care to residents and patients in a skilled nursing/post-acute facility.

The role emphasizes gait, balance, mobility, functional maintenance and program development, with ongoing training and career growth opportunities within a growing Texas network.

Qualifications

• Current TX license to practice physical therapy.
• Inter-disciplinary team collaboration within a skilled nursing/post-acute setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy to patients and residents in-house.
• Develop gait, balance, mobility, functional maintenance and return-to-home programs.
• Participate in ongoing training and career development within the organization.

AVIR at Cuero, a skilled nursing and post-acute care facility, is currently seeking a full time Physical Therapist to join our dedicated in-house therapy team. We seek a PT who is passionate about delivering the best possible care to our patients and residents and who wants to be part of a fun, high energy, inter-disciplinary team.
