Vital Therapy is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy team at AVIR AT MEXIA, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center in Mexia, Texas.

You will deliver patient-centered care across orthopedic and neurological conditions, collaborating with a high-energy interdisciplinary team and contributing to gait, balance, and mobility programs while benefiting from ongoing training and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Licensed physical therapist in Texas.
• Experience in skilled nursing/post-acute care preferred.
• Ability to work within a fast-paced interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents across a range of conditions.

AVIR AT MEXIA, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist to join our dedicated in-house therapy team. We seek a PT who is passionate about delivering the best care to our patients and residents and who wants to be part of a fun, high energy inter-disciplinary therapy team. We see a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offer you opportunities to develop programs in balance, gait, mobility, skilled maintenance and many more. In addition, we provide on-going training and career development opportunities.

Vital Therapy is a small but growing network of over 95 skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities with in-house therapy teams.
