This full-time role covers two locations (Laona and Antigo) with mileage reimbursement. You’ll evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, document care, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Packers Staffing is hiring for a Physical Therapist PT to join our partnered facility to assist in planning, organizing, developing, and directing Physical Therapy services in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as may be direction by Administrator, to assure the highest degree of quality resident care is always maintained.

Location: This position will require you to travel between two locations in Laona and Antigo, WI with mileage reimbursement*.
