What We're Looking For

Full-time Float primary campus at Triple Creek, with floating to other Cincinnati area campuses: Gateway Springs, Liberty Station, Harrison Trails, Magnolia Springs, and The Glen.

Job Summary

The Physical Therapist (PT) provides comprehensive physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and interventions, in an interdisciplinary setting, adhering to professional standards and ethics.

Licenses and Certifications

• Current, valid state PT licensure or certification
• CPR certification (preferred)

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Experience: 0-1 years

Roles And Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions and needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, and management strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
