The Villa at Stamford is hiring a Physical Therapist PT to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. We are a team-oriented facility focused on comfort and quality patient care, with flexible scheduling and supportive growth opportunities.

You will perform evaluations, develop treatment and discharge plans, document progress, and implement new therapy techniques. A CT license and a degree in Physical Therapy are required.

Qualificações

• Must have a degree in Physical Therapy and CT license.
• Strong in identifying patient needs in long-term residents.
• Collaborative team player with efficient time management.

Responsabilidades

• Performing evaluations and developing initial and interim treatment and discharge plans
• Documenting progress toward identified objectives
• Developing and implementing new program/techniques to enhance physical therapy services.
