Job summary

The Villa at Stamford is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist PT to join our resident-focused team. You will perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and help residents achieve their goals in a supportive setting.

We offer competitive hourly rates ($60-65/hr), a flexible schedule, and opportunities to grow in a collaborative, caring environment. CT licensure is required, and full-time or part-time shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Must have a CT physical therapy license.
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience in long-term resident care or similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performing evaluations and developing initial and interim treatment and discharge plans.
• Documenting progress toward identified objectives.
• Developing and implementing new programs/techniques to enhance physical therapy services.
