Job Description

Beacon Services of Connecticut provides Early Intervention specialty services to families throughout the state. Join our team and work with a dedicated, multidisciplinary group of clinicians!

Our Physical Therapists work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide evaluation, treat planning, and family coaching. Our PT's synthesize evaluation results and use evidence-based interventions to facilitate infant and toddler development.

Qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
• Some pediatric experience helpful
• Current Licensure by relevant state board or agency
• Current malpractice insurance

Additional Skills:

• Strong communication skills to clearly explain information to families and other team members.
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to formulate treatment plans using evidence based approaches.
• Ability to work with families to set and achieve realistic goals

Work Setting:

• Working in family homes - will require some travel within an assigned location

Work Hours:

• Various Session Times available
• Flexible between 8:30am - 5:00pm
• Monday through Friday unless other arrangements are made
